• Designed and shipped an e-gov AI assistant for a Middle East government, enabling residents to navigate public services conversationally — built RAG pipelines with LangChain and Meilisearch over approved sources, with Langfuse tracing for observability and grounded fallbacks keeping responses within official tone and policy guidelines
• Leading a team of 5 building an AI interview agent and candidate profile engine — designed multi-source ingestion pipelines (resume parsing, LinkedIn enrichment) producing structured, multi-tenant candidate profiles from interview signal and external data
• Owned end-to-end architecture across both products — conversation state machines, schema and API design, deployment, monitoring, and incident response — sustaining service stability as usage scales, and introduced DORA metrics as the team's delivery baseline to surface bottlenecks and speed up shipping
• Built an in-house evaluation and prompt-versioning framework, benchmarking agent changes against regression suites before release to catch quality regressions pre-deploy
