- Designed and shipped an e-gov AI assistant for a Middle East government, enabling residents to navigate public services conversationally — built RAG pipelines with LangChain and Meilisearch over approved sources, with Langfuse tracing for observability and grounded fallbacks keeping responses within official tone and policy guidelines
- Leading a team of 5 building an AI interview agent and candidate profile engine — designed multi-source ingestion pipelines (resume parsing, LinkedIn enrichment) producing structured, multi-tenant candidate profiles from interview signal and external data
- Owned end-to-end architecture across both products — conversation state machines, schema and API design, deployment, monitoring, and incident response — sustaining service stability as usage scales, and introduced DORA metrics as the team's delivery baseline to surface bottlenecks and speed up shipping
- Built an in-house evaluation and prompt-versioning framework, benchmarking agent changes against regression suites before release to catch quality regressions pre-deploy

- Took Lovina AI from POC to production — an enterprise AI contact-center platform spanning 18 modules across voice agents, outbound campaigns, ticketing, CRM, knowledge, QA, and analytics, deployed multi-tenant with RBAC across 30+ resources
- Built and maintain the CRM and operations core — customer and master data, segmentation, ticketing with SLA tracking, and session history feeding both AI and human agent workflows
- Own the knowledge management module feeding the agents' retrieval layer — multi-format ingestion, approval workflow, versioning, and audit logging so agents draw only from approved material
- Built QA and CSAT analytics — auto-scoring call transcripts against versioned scorecards, and comparing AI-predicted vs survey CSAT to surface misaligned cases and escalation drivers
- Maintain voice agent pipelines — intent handling, tool and action execution, outbound campaign execution — integrating speech-to-text and text-to-speech under 24/7 operation
